Brought my car in last week needed some repairs done on my right front passenger RGB light I was quoted a price of $66 by Jose so I made the appointment for today once I got there they told me it would most likely be covered under warranty then 30 minutes into Waiting They told me actually it would not be covered under warranty because my window is tinted and it would be around $700 for the repair now. I don’t see how the window being tinted affects a light. Bunch of scammers work there avoid this place. Took a day off of work for nothing and didn’t get the repair done.

I came in for a repair because my trunk latch stopped closing properly. I’ve owned a Tesla for about 5 years, and this location has always provided a great experience with friendly and professional staff. However, my experience today with the first representative I spoke with was very disappointing. From the beginning, he seemed unwilling to communicate with me, repeatedly implying there was a “language barrier” and refusing to engage with my questions. I’ve lived in the U.S. for over 15 years and worked in the automotive industry for more than a decade, so being dismissed this way felt extremely uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. It came across as if I was being judged rather than listened to. Even when I tried to ask questions, he insisted that he could only address what was written in the appointment and wouldn’t hear anything beyond that. When I asked him to at least listen first, he interrupted again, saying there was a language barrier. At that point, I responded that the issue didn’t seem to be language, but rather a lack of willingness to communicate. He immediately suggested switching representatives. The Baseline: For automotive service centers the service on the vehicle must solve the issue, have value for the service, and be professional in dealing with my vehicle. Service: I had great service with our Tesla issue. We thought we had a suspension issue and we took it in. Jaime took us on an inspection ride and within 2 minutes figured out there was a bolt in our tire. While they couldn’t fix the tire at the service center he directed us to the tire place to get it fixed. Value: Our inspection ended up being free so great value from Tesla. Facility: Due to the volume of cars it can be hard to park there but it has a system of the cars moving in and out. Other than that it was a clean facility.

Firstly, they scratched my car and blamed me for their trunk opener install not working Rosa was excellent—10/10. She was very professional and sincerely apologetic about the poor experience. Carlos, the manager, I would rate 5/10. His customer service was lacking, and he essentially blamed me for the faulty installation, even after it was clearly shown that the issue wasn’t with the spoiler. As for the technicians, 0/10. They botched the install, scratched my car, and failed to communicate at all once my car was done —my vehicle was at the service center for over a week, and I had to initiate contact after Rosa’s workday ended and the car was supposed to be done after business hours. This is my second Tesla (I’ve owned both an S and a 3), and it will be my last after this experience. And if there’s an issue with my car there’s a good chance I’ll go to different location.

On November 6, 2026, after more than 200,000 miles with my Tesla, I returned to this Service Center… and rediscovered the human side of customer service. I would like to share my experience with this Tesla Service Center because it has changed significantly over time. When I first started driving my Tesla, I visited this location several times. Some visits were good, but later I experienced service issues where my vehicle was not properly diagnosed, and the problems were not resolved. At that time, I left feeling disappointed. A lot of time has passed, and it is clear that things have changed. The team today is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping customers. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jose and Erik for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I came to the Service Center with an urgent seat belt issue that was preventing me from safely using my vehicle for work. I had already been told that the next available appointment was a week away, which would have made it extremely difficult for me to support my family.
